Kelly R. Little is a trailblazer in transforming maternal health by empowering men to become active allies in reducing the 85% of preventable maternal deaths. As the founder and CEO of the Urban Institute of Strengthening Families, Kelly pioneers the innovative approach of “Doula’ing” fathers—equipping men with the tools, emotional intelligence, and support to champion women’s health and well-being throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond.

A serial author, fatherhood expert, and emotional intelligence change agent, Kelly is dedicated to elevating humanity by fostering healthy connections between fathers and families. His visionary leadership in reshaping Human Services and advancing executive coaching, youth programming, and emotional wellness has earned national acclaim. Kelly holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Leadership from: UNC-Charlotte, Pfeiffer and Duke.
